I ordered four sample shirts from Tapstitch, choosing different textures, sizes, and garment structures to get a feel for their overall quality and process. All four designs were printed using DTG, and I’m highly satisfied with this first sample run.
The garment quality is pretty good across the different shirts, and the print quality of the graphics came out really well. Color accuracy was on point, and the placement and sizing of the designs matched what I had set up using Tapstitch’s design software. What I created and positioned through their tool translated very well to the finished products.
The entire process was straightforward and seamless, especially for someone experimenting with apparel design and potentially building a brand. Being able to set up the designs, order samples, and receive products that matched what I was expecting made this a really positive first experience.
Turnaround was also solid. It took around 10 days from placing my order to receiving it. Everything was packaged well and arrived clean and undamaged.
I haven’t washed the shirts yet, so I can’t speak to shrinkage, fading, or how the garments and DTG prints hold up after multiple washes. I plan to pay attention to that as I continue testing them.
Overall, this sample run gave me a lot more confidence in Tapstitch. Between the garment quality, DTG print quality, color accuracy, design placement, turnaround time, packaging, and ease of the overall process, I’m very satisfied so far.
I’ll definitely be ordering from them again soon as I continue experimenting with designs and developing my brand.

One of the best POD services!
One of the first POD services I've found that offers the flexibility to support both direct-to-consumer sales and direct retail fulfillment. I sell through Etsy, but I also work with retail accounts, and Tapstitch allows me to ship directly to retailers without having to route everything through Etsy and pay additional marketplace fees.
When I sell through Etsy, I'm happy to pay the fees because Etsy is helping me find customers. However, for wholesale and retail orders, Tapstitch provides a much more efficient solution.
Tapstitch did a fantastic job with my order. Their DTG printing reproduced gradients perfectly, and the shirt quality was exactly what I was hoping for. The finished products looked professional, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a POD provider that can support both retail and wholesale business models.

I'm genuinely impressed with Tapstitch. For one, their catalog offers a fantastic range of options that'll suit your needs for a Streetwear brand and they're of solid quality. They don't show it on their website as of now but all their products are made using combed cotton which makes the garments softer and more durable and I verified this through customer support which was also fantastic, they were incredibly patient, helpful and even showed me their certifications in regards to ethical labor practices. The garments I ordered are incredible and the print quality is fantastic too, they're incredibly sharp and accurate to what I designed. Understand, that when you design for printing to always design with CMYK in mind. The shipping was great despite being fulfilled internationally from China. My package reached me in just 8 business days here in Canada. I'd highly recommend giving Tapstitch a look.

Branded Labels, Tags, Inserts, quality print, amazing blanks, the dashboard is very helpful and intuitive. They do a great job with QA'ing designs and reviewing quality before printing or approving designs, and they do all of this for an absolute bargain price.

Awesome blanks
So far we have only ordered a large range of test prints on a wide variety of different apparel options. We were VERY pleased with the product quality and garment fit. We've searched for a long time for on demand apparel, and no other company that we've found has met our needs in terms of apparel style, print quality, and most importantly: pricing. The apparel we chose is all 100% cotton, doesn't smell of formaldehyde (like many low quality options do), and it's even packed in biodegradable bags. Honestly this is a 5* business through and through. From user experience, to customer services - Shout out to Lee who is consistent, on the ball, and punctual with his responses, leading the conversation with a name which adds a personal touch you won’t get anywhere else. At Tapstitch, it strikes me as a grass-route company under the hood powered by a well managed, superbly efficient team. I have had parcels gone missing by couriers that Tapstitch have covered either in refunds or replacements within a very quick turnaround, prioritising my order to get things back on track as quickly as possible. I have 100% trust in this business with every single one of my orders for me and my brand and I absolutely would not go anywhere else. It takes a lot to write a gleaming review from me, so this should suffice for anyone tempted or curious about using this company.
One last thing - I’ve had multiple customers saying the T-shirts are the best T-shirts they’ve ever had, whether that’s fit or quality, weight or design. They’ve absolutely nailed it.

Very good experience with first order which was printed within 24-48 hours, unbelievable! Kept me notified when courier needed more information so everything went smoothly. The customer was delighted with his item (denim shorts). We are now waiting on some samples. The catalogue is vast and really amazing for fresh, on trend garments, mom/dad cuts plus some Uber-trending streetwear of varying quality (make sure to check fabrics). All in all, really pleased and we will be using them for most of our products (apart from AOP which they don't do, which is fine, the print areas are huge). Highly recommend if you have a streetwear or fast fashion brand as they seem to have new drops weekly.

Solid choice for custom apparel

So far so good!
I have been using Tapstitch for a few months now and I have only just launched my business now so I have not integrated Tapstitch completely with my store. However so far I have ordered a few test shirts and the print quality is amazing. I designed a Snow Washed Oversized Cotton T-Shirt, for a small band i liked and it very easy the ui and to design/add your assets on. tons of options too for types of clothing. i put down a date i needed by and came a week before i needed (around a week from ordered). quality is perfect being 100% cotton, print is great quality too, the product is what i wanted. the delivery notes on the site can be a little confusing as some were in the future for me, but i got a tracking code too. definitely coming back!

Great quality, custom clothing!!
If you’re thinking of ordering personalised clothing, do it!! I was so iffy about buying clothes from this site as I’ve never used it and I’ve never designed anything myself. I custom made a hoodie with front and back print and honestly didn’t know what to expect, I just designed and ordered. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t think it was a scam, it cost around $35 for my order which is about it £29 here in the uk. I took the benefit of the doubt and ordered anyway and honestly I am lost for words. This hoodie is amazing quality, thick, not that ‘felt’ lightweight material. The print is so so clear and just how I envisioned it. I got to choose which style I wanted and I got a washed out/distressed style hoodie which I was again sceptical about but it turned out perfect. Shipping was a bonus, only cost a couple of pound and was told it would be anything between 12-21 days as it’s shipping from us to uk, but it came soo quick! I thought I’d have to wait the full 21 days or more, but it came within around 11-12 days. All I’m saying is, if you’re looking custom made clothes without breaking the bank, that is high quality, this is the place to go! I’ll definitely be ordering again! Thank you so much.

I wanted a bespoke print on a hoodie, which was easy to upload and move and even cut out around the background. This went to basket, the a t shirt was offered at £2.99, in total with shipping i paid £23!!!!!

Quick shipping, high-quality materials and amazing colour!!
I had a specific design in mind, and when I couldn't find it anywhere, I turned to Tapstitch for the solid price and wide range of t-shirt options. When designing the shirt, there was a pop-up bringing notice to the fact that neon colours might not turn out as vibrant as expected. My design did have some neon green in it, but I was content for the finished product not to be exact. Cut to a few days later (such quick shipping!), and not only was the tank top I ordered high-quality and comfortable, but the neon green looked absolutely perfect! I don't usually write product reviews, but I felt I should in this instance because I was just so impressed! I'm so so happy with the results, this tank top has become a staple of my wardrobe :)

Fantastic Quality Clothing
The quality of the clothing is fantastic and it came much quicker than expected. We plan to do a couple test runs before releasing some for sale with our brand. So far we love them. As far as critiques, I haven’t found a particular jacket/hoodie thats thin for Florida weather wear. They’re all a little thicker. Great quality though!

Print quality is on point. Colors came out super crisp, no cracks after washing — way better than what I’ve gotten from other POD services. Plus, shipping was smooth and fast. The only “con” I experience with tap…
The only “con” I experience with tap stitch is having to manually pay for each order that is placed by a customer. Unless I am missing something, it would be great if there were an autopay feature. Other than that, Tapstitch is amazing to use and I never worry. **UPDATE** They have now implemented autopay which is a game changer!

The quality is very good overall. The fabric is a cotton-poly blend (53% polyester, 42% cotton, and 5% other fibres), and it feels durable and comfortable, 355 GSM has a nice weight to it—thick enough to feel premium without being too heavy.
The print quality is also solid, with a clean and well-finished look.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that slight concern about the long-term durability of the print.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Tapstitch.

Quality is very high
I got a shirt made as a Christmas gift for my sister last year, She loves it! Not only is the design one of her ocs, But the shirt is comfortable and the print quality is impeccable, It's been months and it hasn't peeled or been scratched off at all- She's been wearing it out a lot as well. (she's always got this big grin on her face when I notice she's wearing it XD)

This is the smoothest service I've seen to make your own clothing brand from scratch. I hope options continue to expand for sleeve printing and things like that, it's been nothing but fun and exciting to use so far.
Edit. This is listed as an unprompted review, but it was prompted so these people are liars basically lol. I'm sure this is my inexperience showing, but I'm pretty sure I'm losing money on my store with every purchase because I don't want to charge people $80 for a hoodie and it's difficult to manage shipping costs. I didn't expect to be covering that myself. The blanks are still very cool and high quality and the design interface is great. That said, I frequently wish I had more room to place my designs, especially on the sleeves. Optimistic for the future.

I’m satisfied with the blank the quality is honestly better than a large number of clothes you buy in store. I’m also very satisfied with the printing probably the highest quality printing I’ve seen on graphic tees. Something I don’t like is the limited areas where I can design I’m an artist and if it were more opened up where I can design for example on the shoulders, hood, sleeves, etc I feel I could do so much more with my designs. It was easy to use the website but…
It was easy to use the website and create the design and upload for the shirt, but it did take a while to get them and the shirts are not true to the size that they represent. I got 2X and 3X shirts and they feel like they’re medium and larges so I would not recommend this place to get T-shirts. I did get a tank top though and I love the tank top. It’s really comfortable and it fits really good. I wish I could return the T-shirts but you know how these companies are. I guess we’ll just have to cut them up and make them into something I like for the summer and try different place.

Shipping was fast and quality was really good. However as someone who is 6”3 i ordered a boxy oversized tshirt which did fit well in the body but was extremely short and was close to being a crop top. Not sure if this just the specific acid wash Tshirts but this ismt what i expected

Bad customer service
Products are good. Fulfilment is below average with issues on ~20% of my orders requiring a lot of back and forth and fixing and lost time and angry customer I then have to deal with. Their customer service is very very very bad - the agents are very polite but cannot resolve anything and they don't take any responsibly and push the problem back on to you.

My experience with Tapstitch has been…Two Orders Later: Inconsistent Sizing, Poor Print Quality, and a Lot of Disappointment
My experience with Tapstitch has been mixed, but unfortunately, after two separate orders, I would say I’m more disappointed and frustrated than satisfied.
My first order was honestly horrible. The quality of the T-shirt itself was okay, but it was definitely not what I expected based on how Tapstitch presents its products. My biggest issue, however, was the sizing. I ordered one of the largest sizes available, and it genuinely felt more like something made for a 14-year-old girl than an adult man. The sizing was so far off from what I expected that the shirt was basically unusable for its intended purpose.
I do want to give credit where it is deserved. Lusanda from customer service was great. She was responsive, professional, patient, and genuinely seemed to be trying her best to help me with the issues I experienced. She has easily been the most positive part of my experience with Tapstitch so far.
Because of that experience with customer service, I decided to give Tapstitch another opportunity and placed a second order. Unfortunately, that order was also only partially successful.
The actual fabric and overall quality of some of the T-shirts were decent and closer to what I was expecting. However, the sizing continues to be a major problem. I specifically went up to a 2XL because of what happened with my first order, yet one of the shirts still felt closer to a Small than a 2XL.
For a company that markets apparel, particularly oversized and streetwear-style clothing, I don't understand how the sizing can be this inconsistent. A customer ordering a 2XL should not have to wonder whether the shirt is actually going to fit like a 2XL, a Medium, or even a Small.
The print quality was another disappointment. The lettering on the T-shirts already looks faded while the shirts are brand new. Instead of looking like a clean, durable, professionally finished print, it looks like something that may begin deteriorating after the first few washes. Obviously, I cannot say what will happen until they are actually washed, but when a brand-new garment already makes you question whether the print will survive washing, that isn't very reassuring.
Another thing I genuinely don't understand is the advertising I have seen for Tapstitch, including videos and ads on YouTube showing people ordering products and appearing extremely satisfied with what they receive.
After seeing those advertisements and then comparing them with the products I personally received across two separate orders, there is a major disconnect for me. I obviously cannot say whether those positive reactions are paid, sponsored, or completely independent, because I don't know. But from my perspective as an actual customer, the advertisements certainly come across very differently from the experience I have had.
Based on the products I received, I personally find it extremely difficult to understand how someone receiving the same sizing and print quality would be completely satisfied. Maybe other customers have received better products, and I can only speak about what was delivered to me, but my experience simply has not matched what I have seen advertised.
At this point, there is also one decision I have already made. If I eventually launch my own clothing brand, I will most definitely not be using Tapstitch as the manufacturer or fulfillment partner. That decision is set in stone. When you're building your own brand, your customers associate the quality of the garment, printing, sizing, and overall product with your brand—not with the company that manufactured it. Based on what I have received so far, I personally would not feel comfortable putting my own brand name on these products and sending them to paying customers.
That is probably the most disappointing part because I originally tried Tapstitch partly to see whether they could potentially be a company I would work with for future clothing projects. After two orders, I no longer have that confidence.
Customer service has been good about answering my questions and concerns, and again, Lusanda deserves recognition for trying to help. However, good communication can only go so far. So far, I haven't really been offered much of a solution or anything additional to compensate for the inconvenience of experiencing problems across multiple orders. At some point, customers don't just want their concerns acknowledged—they want the underlying problem resolved. I am going to wait and see how Tapstitch responds to this review and whether they offer any meaningful solution regarding the products I received. overall, i would be skeptical to trust them with anything moving forward. so far i placed 2 orders and both have been disappointing.

Im going to be completely honest and tell you my exact thoughts and experiences. If you are looking to build an actual brand or get it off the ground than tapstitch is an bad option.
First ill tell you the pros. The garment quality and stitching is very good. The printing quality is also good and the delivery times are very consistent
The cons and why you cannot build a brand with them. They dont care about their customers. When you complain about legitimate things they dont care to understand the mistakes they have made and where to do better. Major red flag. I expressed many issues with them and i kept being told someone would get back to me in 2 days and nobody ever once got back to me. The printing inconsistency is a huge issue. One of the products i was printing on was a striped shirt so i had the logo positioned in between stripes which was very important and when the item arrived it was in the complete wrong position from where i had placed it in their design mock up. The print itself was also not what my design looked like despite it being over the 300 dpi. There are just so many inconsistencies with their printing so different customers will get products that look different. They refuse to handle these concerns and they simply dont care. For this reason if you are trying to build a brand it is literally impossible. If you just need some easy merch then sure they are a good option but absolutely not if you want to get a brand off the ground

It's when you receive tracking notification that you realize your shirts are coming from China. Samples have taken forever to arrive and then I ordered additional samples from a line whose production takes place in USA but when i get tracking information again, it's being shipped from China. Then I immediately went to your support and was told I would have to filter by where i want products fulfilled and select fulfilled in the USA. Ok, i did that and it was still shipped from China. Ok so i decided to give you a third chance because you do have great quality printing. So I started to place the third order and the cart stated that the one t-shirt was being fulfilled both Internationally and in the USA. How can one tee be fufilled in both places. Then i hopped on to the support chat to get confirmation/clarity and support wasn't able to figure it out. Tapstitch has great printing quality, the best I've seen so far, but it's not doing itself any favors when you can't make it easy to order a products and then your support team can't even provide clarity. I really hope you guys get it together.

After reading more reviews, I now understand why Tapstitch operates with such little transparency. My experience as a client has been nothing short of disappointing.
First, my order took over 20 days to arrive — far beyond reasonable production and delivery timelines. When the product finally did arrive, the print completely peeled off after just one cold wash on a normal cycle. For a brand that claims to specialize in DTG printing, this is unacceptable.
The worst part was the lack of clarity and accountability from Tapstitch’s support team. What followed was a constant back-and-forth email exchange with no clear resolution or assurance that similar issues wouldn’t happen again. Their responses felt scripted and avoided addressing the core issue — how they plan to protect brands like mine if customers experience the same print defects.
It’s honestly alarming how unprepared Tapstitch seems to be for handling real customer product failures. As someone who was considering integrating them into my Shopify store, this entire experience has completely eroded my confidence.
I wouldn’t recommend Tapstitch to any serious brand owner. If this is the standard of quality and service they provide, it’s a risk not worth taking. Petty and pointless operation will fail in the long run with this sort of business model , designed to make small winnings but will not we worth it in the grander scheme of things

Explaining how DTG printing works doesn’t justify poor execution. Quality control should identify defective batches before they reach paying customers, not after public complaints. The number of similar reviews appearing weekly shows this isn’t an isolated incident — it’s a pattern.

Beware sizes are way way off
The print is great, DTG for the win… but sizes are completely off I don’t mean by 1 size I mean by 2 or 3 I ordered a full slate… hoodies, T-shirts, zippers, different colours different sizes not 1 size fits either of the people they were meant for. So great UI and tool, branding feature is awesome but let me tell you if you have anyone needing XL or bigger be very careful what you order! I can’t use any of them!

Beware of sizing
I ordered a t shirt as a sample for an initial production run in size XL. The shirt arrived quite quickly but immediately looked too small. I contacted customer service and they explained it was within their 3cm size variance and showed the sizing chart. XL as per their sizing chart is an XS anywhere else and it is the largest size offered. Out of curiosity, I got my 12 yr old who is only 5ft tall to try it on and it fits like a glove.

Never Arrived. Never Notified. Never Again.
Ordered over $250 worth of products in May and never received a single item. Tapstitch lost the package, never reached out to notify me, and made no attempt to locate or reship the order. Months passed before I was simply offered a refund — no explanation, no accountability, no effort to make it right.
For a print-on-demand service, the product means nothing if it never arrives and the customer has to chase down what happened. I would not order from Tapstitch again.

Everything fits weird plus hidden fees
Everything fits weird, sizes are not accurate at all it is a literal roll of the dice what your going to get. My order took double the max production time, when I contacted them they informed me that they ran out of stock but didn't bother to notify me. Hidden shipping fees after checkout. I paid for the express shipping just to have my order held hostage for more shipping fees that were not mentioned or disclosed during checkout. This place is ridiculous. Definitely not for any serious buyers.

UPF50 rated t-shirts faded badly after wearing for a few times in early spring. Tapstitch took no accountability or responsibility saying I only had 7 days to report any faults. Poor quality garments and no customer service. Think twice before shopping here. Also you'll have to wait a long time as they come from China.
